International Orders
We use International Express Service for all international deliveries.We are responsible for the shipping fee. Usually,goods will be shipped out 2-3days after receiving the order. Please allow around 7-14 working days from dispatch. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs.



Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched.We process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point.Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy. And all cancellation will be charged some commission by the bank.Hope you could understand.



Return
We only accept below 3 reasons for returns.
1. Wrong Size(Does not match with the order information)
2. Wrong items shipped
3. Defective items
Once you received wrong items or defective items, you notify us within 1-2 day of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
All returns must be authorized
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization information. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. If you return items without authorization that we will refuse acceptance or non-refundable.
Physical damage to a product caused by the user don't apply to this policy.
